The Annual General Meeting of the AQVL – April 13, 2025.

To all pilots in Quebec,

The Annual General Meeting of the AQVL will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025. The AGM will take place online to allow as many Quebec pilots as possible to participate. We are scattered across a large region, so this event will serve as the first annual gathering for everyone.
We invite Quebec member pilots to send us their email addresses to receive the meeting details. This is because the ACVL directors recently voted to no longer act as a liaison between provincial associations and members or handle member payments. This will be the last email distributed through the ACVL, and we thank them for their support up to now. This is an opportunity to create a database with everyone’s information.

• Full name
• Email address
• ACVL membership number
• City of residence
• Affiliated club
• Number of years as an AQVL/ACVL member
• Phone number (optional)
• Physical address (optional)

The importance of ensuring the AQVL’s continuity has never been more apparent. Several topics will be discussed during this highly anticipated meeting.
The positions of secretary, treasurer, vice-president, and president need to be filled. Volunteers to facilitate and ensure the smooth operation of the AGM are welcome and necessary. Please send your candidacy, along with your intention to participate and/or assist, with a short text to info@aqvl.qc.ca.

• Assembly technician using the Zoom platform
