Annual Online Members Meeting

Members of the Association  have an annual online meeting to vote on significant matters before the Association:

• • The Financial Statement of the fiscal year just completed
  • The proposed Budget for the upcoming fiscal year
  • Choice of Official Auditors of the Association
  • Major changes to Membership or other Policies of Association-wide significance.

The Annual Meeting normally runs for a period of 10 days. Members are notified well in advance about the dates of the meeting and how to access it.
