First Login?For your password, use your postal code, in capital letters and with space between the two 3-character groups. If that doesn't work, use the last 4 digits of your home telephone number. Please change your password, in your membership settings, to something only you know.
Don't know your member number?Find your name in the list of all members which will appear below (with their member number and date of most recent membership renewal), click on it, and your number will be copied to the field above. You can also look it up on the member list.

If you don't get it within an hour, contact the HPAC/ACVL Business ManagerIf all else fails, contact the HPAC/ACVL Business Manager and request that your password be reset.
