Is Your Name Not On The Instructor List?: Update Your Instructor Information

Important: If your name is not on the instructor list check the following before contacting the Executive Director:

• make sure you have sent in your First Aid info, Annual Report, etc. as per PRD #420 Instructor Certification Program: Instruction Requirements, and PRD #430 Tandem Endorsement Program: Tandem Requirements
• That your Senior Instructor has forwarded the necessary paperwork and information to HPAC/ACVL.
